Order Processing Time

All items—including dresses, jewellery, and accessories—are made to order. This allows us to maintain quality, freshness, and spiritual integrity in every piece.

• Processing Time: 2 to 3 working days
  (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• In case of bulk or festival-time orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will inform you in such cases through WhatsApp or email.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within India using India Post (Speed Post/Registered Post).

Packaging & Presentation

All orders are packed with spiritual care, often including:

• Cotton or eco-friendly wrapping
• Tulsi leaves (when available)
• A thank-you card or Krishna mantra print for your altar

Our goal is to ensure your order not only arrives safely, but also carries sacred vibrations into your home.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number via WhatsApp or Email
• A link to India Post’s tracking page so you can monitor your order

Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address details.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Kanha Shringaar, each item is handcrafted with deep devotion, made to order for your beloved Lord Krishna. Because of the sacred and personalized nature of our products, we follow a thoughtful policy that respects both your needs and the purity of our craft.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless:

• The item is damaged during transit
• You receive the wrong product

If any such issue occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Required:

• Clear pictures of the item and packaging
• Order number and details
• Short explanation of the issue

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Reported after 48 hours

Exchange Policy (For Size Only)

We understand that size adjustments for deity clothing can be tricky. That’s why we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to the following terms:

Conditions:

• Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in its original condition
• Only size-related exchanges are allowed—not for design/color change

Exchange Charge: ₹80

(This covers return courier and re-shipping cost)

To request a size exchange:

1. Contact us with your order number and the required size.
2. We’ll confirm availability and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive the original item and ₹80 fee, we’ll ship the correct size.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
• After 12 hours, crafting begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
• To cancel, contact us quickly via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

• We are unable to fulfill your order
• You cancel within the allowed time
• The item is damaged and no replacement is available

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Size issues (only exchange allowed)
• Delay caused by courier service
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Minor color or detailing differences (handmade variation)

All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, especially for your beloved Lord Krishna. Because of their handmade nature, slight variations in color, size, and detailing may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather a sign of the personal touch each product receives.

By accessing our website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, distribute any malicious software, or duplicate our content and designs without our permission. All images, descriptions, and designs on this website are the property of Kanha Shringaar and protected under intellectual property laws.

All product prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be changed without prior notice. Orders are accepted only after full payment confirmation. We currently offer prepaid orders only, and we do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

We ship across India only using India Post, and we are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. Once your order is placed, it is usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location—typically 3 to 10 business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect address details, or natural disturbances.

Since every item is crafted especially for you, cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the product enters the creation phase and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. After review, we’ll offer a suitable resolution—either a replacement or store credit.

We do accept size exchanges. If you’ve selected the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. An ₹80 exchange fee applies to cover the two-way shipping cost.

Our products are intended for devotional use only and are not toys. Please keep them out of reach of small children to avoid accidental damage or choking.

We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our products or services. By placing an order, you agree that all interactions with our website and shop are governed by the laws of India, and any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Churu/Rajasthan.
